General questions about peptides
IMPORTANT: Is it legal to buy peptides from Pepidfreunde?

All peptides offered by us are explicitly labeled as “Research Chemical – for research purposes only”. By purchasing these products, the buyer legally confirms that they are to be used exclusively for research and development purposes and are not intended for use on humans or animals in any form. Any other use is expressly excluded. Through this defined purpose and the corresponding confirmation by the buyer, the sale is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

IMPORTANT: Are you offering medical advice?

We are neither permitted nor able to officially recommend the use of peptides. All peptides offered by us are intended exclusively for research purposes and are not intended for use on humans or animals. All content provided on this website, including accompanying information about peptides or their properties, is intended exclusively for general informational, research, and entertainment purposes. It does not in any way constitute medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment and must not be interpreted as such. The use of the information provided is at your own responsibility.

What are peptides and what are they used for?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act in the body as signal‑ and messengers. They are used in research and biohacking‑context to better understand and specifically influence biological processes, for example in the areas of regeneration, metabolism or performance.
Why are peptides currently such a popular topic?
Peptides are currently in the spotlight because modern research is gaining an increasingly precise understanding of their targeted effects on biological processes. At the same time, social media has significantly accelerated the topic, with trends, personal experiences, and oversimplified portrayals often spreading faster than well-founded knowledge, further driving interest.
Reconsitution, storage and dosing
In what form are the peptides supplied?

The peptides supplied are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders and are not immediately ready for use. Before use, they must first be reconstituted, i.e. put back into solution. BAC‑water or water for injections is usually used for this purpose, although BAC‑water is often preferred in biohacking‑ environments because of its bacteriostatic properties.

What is BAC water and where can I get it?
BAC water (Bacteriostatic Water) is sterile water to which a small amount of benzyl alcohol has been added. This has a bacteriostatic effect and prevents the growth of germs after opening, which is why BAC water is commonly used for reconstitution in research and biohacking environments. A commonly cited reference product is BAC 0.9 percent from Pfizer Hospira, which is currently difficult to obtain due to high demand.
The BAC water offered by our manufacturer has been tested by independent laboratories for benzyl alcohol content and pH value and has successfully passed both tests.
How do I store my peptides correctly?
Lyophilized peptides should ideally be light protected and stored in the freezer. Under these conditions, they usually remain stable for over two years. Reconstituted peptides are significantly more sensitive and should always be stored in the refrigerator and protected from contamination. Proper storage is crucial to maintain quality and stability.
Do you also provide dosage regimens?
With every order, we provide dosage schemes. These are intended solely for information sharing and entertainment purposes. They are based on publicly available studies as well as experience reports from the biohacking community and explicitly do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or any other professional advice. As the peptides we offer are intended exclusively for research purposes and are not approved for use in humans, the provided dosage schemes must not be understood or used as therapy or application recommendations.
How are peptides dosed?

In the biohacking space, disposable insulin syringes or insulin pens are commonly used, as they allow for fine gradation and precise handling. Disposable insulin syringes have a simple design and are intended for single use.

Alternatively, some users opt for insulin pens, such as replicas of well-known models like the Novo Nordisk NovoPen or Eli Lilly HumaPen, which are available on platforms such as AliExpress. These systems are designed to support reproducible handling but do not replace proper professional instruction.

IMPORTANT: How do I always stay up-to-date with Peptidfreunde?
Important notice:
We do not operate any active social media channels under the name Peptidfreunde. While our Sales Associates are active on social media, we ourselves are not. Some profiles were created solely for name reservation purposes and are not active. No content is published via these profiles, and we will never contact or message you through them.

For regular updates on peptide friends we have an official Telegram channel set up. There we share all generally relevant information and news transparently with the community.

IMPORTANT: I can't find a webshop on the website. How can I order?

We have at Peptidfreunde no online‑shop, we decided to take a different, more personal path. With us you can only use peptides through our network of qualified Sales Associates (sales representatives) or directly via our Sales Team (more information in the Telegram channel).

More information at: ORDER

IMPORTANT: Can the Sales Associate also process the payment?

No. The Sales Associate only records the order and forwards it to us. The order confirmation and payment link are always sent by email from the sender:
bestellungen@peptidfreunde.st

Payment is ALWAYS processed via our external payment service provider.

Why does your payment service provider ask me for my personal details and ID?

Our payment service provider is legally required to collect certain personal data and, on a random basis, request proof of identity, as the payment is processed in the background via cryptocurrencies.
The legal basis for this is the new EU regulation MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets), which, as part of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism measures, requires that sender and recipient data be recorded and verified for transactions.

Important for you to know: The payment service provider does not receive any information about what you are paying for or which products or services you purchase from us. The identity verification is carried out solely for legal compliance purposes and is completely separate from the actual purchase process.

I don't know much about cryptocurrency, can I still order from you?

Yes, of course. You don't have to know anything about cryptocurrencies or create your own wallet or anything like that.

Our payment service provider handles the entire processing in the background. For you, the payment process—apart from a possible identity verification—is just as straightforward as in any other online shop, for example via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

I would like to pay by bank transfer, is that possible?

No, payment by bank transfer is unfortunately not possible. Banks and most fintech providers such as PayPal or Skrill classify the peptide trade as a high-risk sector, which entails the risk of account suspensions and frozen funds.

For this reason, payment processing is carried out exclusively through an external, legally regulated payment service provider. This provider acts as a neutral intermediary and ensures that banks and fintech companies cannot see what the payment is for. This further enhances customer-side data protection and enables secure, stable, and seamless payment processing.

From which location is my order shipped, and how is customs clearance handled?
The manufacturer packages this consolidated order into a single shipment and sends it to Europe. The import is then handled legally and smoothly by a specialized import company as "Research Chemicals," ensuring that there is no customs effort or risk for our customers. Once the goods arrive at our facility in Germany, we carefully package the individual orders and ship them directly from Germany via DHL to our customers.
Which countries do you currently offer shipping to?
We ship to all countries of the European Union as well as Switzerland. The United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway are currently excluded from shipping.
I live in Switzerland – how does shipping work in terms of customs and imports?
If you live in Switzerland, we offer you two shipping options:
1) Shipping is carried out directly from Germany via DHL.
2) We first send the package to a partner in Konstanz. This partner handles the border crossing and then forwards the shipment to you from Kreuzlingen via Swiss Post.
How long does the delivery take?

We kindly ask for your understanding that the exact delivery date cannot always be predicted precisely. This is because the minimum order quantity of 100 kits required by the manufacturer in China may be reached on the same day or only after several days. In practice, the average waiting time for customers is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the order date and the current consolidated order status.

The delivery time consists of two phases:

Consolidated order:
We bundle orders and place a consolidated order with the manufacturer once we reach 100 kits. At the latest, this is done at the end of the month.

Transport & delivery:
Transport from China to Germany usually takes 12–16 days. After that, we package and ship your parcel within 48 hours via DHL.
